Targeted troubleshooting removed a network bottleneck, recovered workstation storage and gave an Australian architecture and interiors practice a clearer technology improvement plan.
Delivery: Agile MSP technical delivery through F3EE.
The challenge
The practice was experiencing workstation and design-application problems that interrupted its work. Limited free storage and inconsistent network performance were adding friction when working with project files.
Our approach
Agile MSP combined remote troubleshooting with an on-site review, with the engagement arranged through F3EE. The team updated workstation firmware and drivers, removed redundant software and recovered approximately 90 GB of storage. On-site testing identified a legacy network bottleneck, and connection changes resolved the affected workstation’s speed limitation. A follow-up review set out practical priorities for the wider environment.
The outcome
The affected workstation moved beyond its previous 100 Mbps network limitation, with testing recording speeds up to 1 Gbps. Storage headroom improved, and the practice received an evidence-based plan for further infrastructure improvements. These were targeted improvements; a broader managed-service arrangement remained a separate proposal.
