Frequently Asked Questions
What does Agile MSP do?
Agile MSP is a technology services partner for Australian organisations and service providers. Our work covers managed IT, consulting and advisory, Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms, infrastructure, desktop and server support, and hardware and software procurement. We work directly with businesses, alongside internal IT teams or behind a partner’s brand. The right mix depends on your environment and the responsibilities you want supported. Explore our services
Can you work alongside our IT Manager?
Yes. In a co-managed arrangement, your IT Manager keeps direction, priorities and agreed approvals. Agile MSP can handle agreed Level 1–3 tickets, escalations and operational work, with clear boundaries between teams. We establish how requests are assigned, how progress is communicated and when decisions return to your internal team. The aim is additional capability and continuity, not replacing the people who know your business. Learn about co-managed IT support.
Who can offer Agile MSP services under their own brand?
White-label delivery is available for MSPs, IT consultants, telcos, web and digital agencies, and other businesses serving customers who need IT support. We discuss your customer offer, branding, communications, billing and escalation responsibilities before agreeing the delivery model. You retain the customer relationship within the agreed arrangement, while Agile MSP provides behind-the-scenes technical capability. Explore white-label managed IT.
Can you help me step back from my IT business without selling it?
We can discuss an owner-continuity arrangement in which Agile MSP takes on agreed client-support responsibilities, potentially under your existing brand. The starting point is your clients, current commitments and the role you want to retain. A staged handover, communication plan and individually agreed commercial terms can be explored. This is not a guaranteed-income offer or a requirement to sell your business. See IT business owner continuity.
What happens when we start working together?
We begin with a conversation about your priorities, users, systems and existing providers. We then clarify the proposed service scope, access requirements, approvals, support routes and transition dependencies. Where a change of provider is involved, handover arrangements are planned with the relevant parties. The proposal sets out responsibilities and commercial terms so both teams understand what is included before delivery starts.
What support coverage and response times are included?
Coverage, response expectations, priorities and escalation arrangements are defined for each engagement. They are not assumed to be identical across every service or customer. Tell us which systems matter most, when your people work and how internal IT or partner support should be involved. Existing clients should use the channels agreed for their service; the client support page provides contact details and useful request guidance.
Can I see examples relevant to my organisation?
Our industry pages explain how business IT support can be organised around different working environments, including AEC, manufacturing, logistics, consulting, not-for-profits and healthcare. Our three anonymised case studies describe specific technical delivery through F3EE, rather than promising the same results for every client.
